Taos, New Mexico
Here are some of the images I’ve captured during my Pueblo visit - the native american tribe in Taos, New Mexico. It was interesting to find out that Pueblos way of living didn’t change over the centuries. They still live in the same houses made with mud, cook their food in an outside clay “ovens” , there is no running water so the families bath in the near river, no electricity but the tradition fireplaces inside the houses.
They make their living by selling arts and crafts. I’ve got myself a medicine bag which is made from a deer skin and beads by a local women.
It was a treat and very magical to be able to step back in time.
